The original 2016 signature yo-yo for János Karancz, 1A World Champion at the World YoYo Contest 2013, Grasshopper is a 66-gram 6061 monometal by Duncan. It measures 56.35 mm in diameter and 44.47 mm wide.
Duncan developed it with János through nine rounds of revisions over a year and a half of prototyping. The line continued with the bi-metal Grasshopper X in 2017 and Grasshopper GTX in 2019, which moves the steel to the outer rims.
