The Cut is a full-size 6061 aluminum monometal yo-yo by hspin yoyo LLC, a Swiss yo-yo brand. It has a W-shape profile, weighs 63.4 grams and measures 53.85 mm in diameter and 39.89 mm in width. It first shipped at the end of November 2008.
The final design followed three generations of prototypes, with specifications shaped by beta testers in the US, Poland, the UK, Germany, the Czech Republic and Japan. It uses hspin yoyo LLC's own 5x11x5 mm bearing size, and its response is a silicone sticker setup with .555-size pads.
It comes in a "Raw" finish, with no anodizing.
