Polycarbonate and POM (Delrin) yo-yos are durable plastics commonly used in yo-yo manufacturing. Polycarbonate yo-yos are generally more affordable, making them accessible to beginners, while machined POM yo-yos offer a unique playing experience compared to injected plastic models, having weight distribution that can closely mimic that of metal yo-yos. Most 2A and 4A yo-yos are made of plastic.
