An all-plastic version of John Ando's signature Protostar, StarBrite is part of YoYoFactory's Neon Collection. It keeps Protostar's shape but replaces the metal rim weight with a polycarbonate end cap, the same idea as the glow-in-the-dark StarLite, in standard neon plastic.
At 58.5 grams it is about 8 grams lighter than Protostar, with the same 56 mm diameter and 43.1 mm width. It ships unresponsive, with a flat bearing and 19mm response pads.
