YoYoFactory's first yo-yo, F.A.S.T. 201 came out in 2003 with the F.A.S.T. system (Fully Active Starburst Technology) invented by Yo-Hans. Spokes on each half form a starburst, and the response is set by how far the halves are unscrewed: from Beginner, fully tight with maximum response, through Advanced to Pro, for long spins.
The plastic body runs on an A-size bearing, weighs 64.6 grams, and measures 56.61 mm in diameter and 34.87 mm in width. For a metal take on the same idea, see F.A.S.T. Speed Dial.
