Dark Matter is YoYoFactory's non-oil bearing lubricant, released in 2018 for modern unresponsive yo-yos. It comes in a 5 ml bottle.
Use it only on a clean bearing in good working order. Clean the bearing in rubbing alcohol and let it dry, shake the bottle, then put up to three small drops on the side of the bearing and turn the outer race slowly. The yo-yo may play responsive at first; a few hard throws, Around the Worlds or Pinwheels settle it. Keep the cap tight, or it dries out in the bottle.
