Oversized polycarbonate 4A yo-yo in Basecamp Orange
Flight by Basecamp is an oversized polycarbonate yo-yo for 4A (off-string) play: Basecamp's rebranded release of the YoYoFactory Flight in "Basecamp Orange", from November 2016. It measures 77.09 mm in diameter and 59.05 mm in width and weighs 74.82 grams.
YoYoFactory released the Flight on March 10, 2015, as its first yo-yo for competitive 4A freestyle. It has a rounded W-shape profile with an inner ring for weight distribution and grinds, a thick axle and removable spacers. It is unresponsive, with a C-size Center Trac bearing and 19 mm response pads.
Basecamp, the brand Caribou Lodge (CLYW) and YoYoFactory set up in 2016, presented the Flight as the yo-yo used by Ben Conde, then a member of the Basecamp team. The clear body with gold glitter, the "Ben Conde" edition, is listed as the Flight by YoYoFactory.
