Astra is a 66.3-gram bi-metal yo-yo designed with Slovakian National Champion Martin Koprna, the second in Canopy Collection's «Regional Series».
A sibling to the Fora, the first model in the series, it takes Martin's design from the Fora's tri-material build (7075 aluminum with polycarbonate and POM rims) to 6061 aluminum and stainless steel. At 53.0 mm in diameter and 47.5 mm wide, it is slightly undersized and about 1 mm narrower than the Fora. Martin's Fora design notes describe the project starting as an undersized, wide bi-metal aimed at competition, before the Fora became its full-size hybrid counterpart.
